**PAYMENT PLAN:** The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last minute” bookings - less than 60 days before tour start). The remaining payment is due at least 60 days before the start of the course. **CANCELLATION AND REFUND:** As soon as we receive written notice that you need to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply, calculated based on the total cost: - 61 days or more before departure: 100% loss of the deposit - 46 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip price - 45 days or less before departure: 100% loss of the total trip price These fees are a percentage of the total booking cost. The specified days refer to the departure date of the trip. All cancellations must be made in writing.
