Hiking - from Raschötz to Seceda Alm
Beautiful hike in Val Gardena to one of the most famous viewpoints in the Dolomites
This beautiful circular hike in Val Gardena starts in Ortisei. We take the Raschötz funicular, which takes us comfortably to the 2,103 m high mountain station. Your local mountain guide from Val Gardena can show you the breathtaking panorama and name the most important mountains: Sasso Lungo, Sella Group and Seiser Alm. The route continues flat over the Innerraschötz Alm to the Brogleshütte. After a short rest, we continue over the Panascharte to the Seceda Alm. Here we enjoy the breathtaking view, one of the most famous in the entire Dolomites. From here we see the Geisler Group from a special angle. Simply beautiful. Your mountain guide knows this area like the back of his hand and his expertise makes this moment an unforgettable experience. There are several places to stop for refreshments on the Seceda Alm, such as the exclusive Sophie Hütte. The descent is a circular tour over the Seceda plateau to Ortisei. You can also take the cable car to Seceda directly to Ortisei.
Please note: The Panascharte is currently closed. An alternative ascent can be chosen via the Mittagsscharte. This takes you past the idyllic Pieralongia hut.
There are a whole range of alternative ascents to the Seceda Alm. From Ortisei, but also from Santa Cristina or Selva. We are happy to advise you. Contact us for more information.

We had a great week on the ice climbing advanced course! Florian always gave us help when we needed it and gave us the knowledge we needed to be able to climb on ice independently. I can definitely recommend him as a mountain guide.
