Be safe on a ski tour! This is the top priority for every ski tour. In this course you will learn how to use ski touring safety equipment correctly: avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe. Information on snow and avalanche knowledge and assessing the avalanche danger is also included. Avalanche training should be repeated every year, and this course is just the thing for you! Suggestion

The ideal ski touring season in the Dolomites starts at the end of January, because then there is usually enough snow for a good surface. The frequent snowfalls in February often create optimal conditions in the terrain.
