Dolomites climbing course basic course
Level 1
Climbing course level 1 in the Val Gardena Dolomites. Climbing at III-IV difficulty level
In this course, you will be taught the basics of alpine rock climbing step by step. In the nearby climbing garden at the hut, we will learn how to step and grip the rock safely, as well as basic climbing techniques. Top rope belaying will quickly improve your climbing skills through practical practice. The correct belaying technique, rope handling and knot tying are just as much a part of the training as abseiling exercises. On the last day, there is a final tour to apply and consolidate what you have learned.
