Terms and Conditions
Due to the specific nature of the tours, trips and courses proposed - the daily itineraries are indicative. A number of variable factors when traveling in the mountains (weather conditions, communication problems, etc.) can jeopardize the safety of participants and for this reason there may be deviations from the programmed itineraries.
-
Every customer is obliged to critically assess their skills and performance in order not to expose themselves, the group and the mountain guide to unnecessary danger. If there are any doubts, they can be clarified during a joint introductory tour. On tours in a group, the mountain guide focuses on the weakest participant.
-
The mountain guide reserves the right to cancel, shorten or change the tour at any time if the customer's performance, the weather and/or the conditions do not meet the requirements of the tour.
-
If a participant ignores the mountain guide's instructions, they can be excluded from the group. The same applies if participants do not meet the requirements listed in the tour description (conditions, technical requirements, etc.). If exclusion is not possible within a safe framework, the mountain guide is entitled to cancel the tour.
-
Health complaints and problems must be reported to the mountain guide when registering.
